Get up at Brahm Muhurat

90 minutes before 96 minutes prior to sunrise

4:20 - 4:30 10 Min.

Drinking Water (Ushapan)

Quantity as suggested in Ayurveda (8 Anjali)

Drink warm water/copper water
4:30 - 4:50 20 Min. Get fresh Remove body's waste
4:50 - 5:00 10 Min.

Tooth Brushing

Use natural fibre bristles

Clean your all the teath properly
5:00 - 5:10 10 Min.

Tongue Scrapping

Use good quality tongue scrapper that do not react with body

Clean the whole tongue and remove the deposited food debris

5:10 - 5:20 10 Min.

Oil Pulling

Use oil that suits your body type

Do oil pulling and remove the bacterias deposited in the gut
5:20 - 5:30 10 Min.

Eye Washing

Use water at room temprature

Clean your eyes with normal water and sometimes can use rose water
5:30 - 6:00 30 Min.

Exercise

Basic yoga/body warm-up exercise

Do exercise/yoga

Take Bath (Snan)

Give your body a warm water bath

Clean your whole body with water from head to toe
6:30 - 6:45 15 Min. Body Massage (Abyanga) Oil your whole body using herbal oil as per your body type
6:45 - 6:50 5 Min. Appling Kajal (Collyrium) Apply herbal Kajal and increase your eyesight as well as face beauty
6:50 - 6:55 5 Min. Nose Oiling (Nasya) Oil your nose to prevent bacterial flow in the body
6:55 - 7:00 5 Min. Ear Oiling Oil your ears and prevents entry of bactrias in the body.
